Your Privacy is very important to us. We hold to that as our top priority. With that said we have taken the necessary precautions to protect your information. We have, an embedded Secure Sockets layer (SSL Security) protocol, a security tool used to establish encrypted links between a web server and browser.

This simply means sensitive information/data via the website is protected both online and offline.

 

Returns/Refunds Policy

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for refund or exchanges with the exception of items that are damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received with the original packaging.

We offer a 14-day, money-back guarantee on defective products only - purchased directly from Pet Shop Company. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot process the refund or exchange.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 14 days of receiving the products at Info@petshopco.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item a replacement will be shipped to you if available. Should a replacement not be available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange it for the same item, please us email at Info@petshopco.com.

 

Cancellations 

You must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. 
We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped or it has been more then 12 hours after placing the order.

 

Order modifications 

Please notify us within 12 hours should you need to make modifications to your order. Be sure to detail order numbers and the modifications you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Pet Shop Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed  delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pet Shop Company will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping costs for returned items will NOT be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
